Five short documentaries and the nine member youth panel discussion was sold out. The audience was almost as passionate as the filmmakers.
The directors aimed to recruit 10 youth. However within a few weeks, through word of mouth, 13 youth signed up to complete free training in documentary filmmaking. Twelve youth completed the training. Nine completed their films.
Youth were trained by documentary professionals in camera and sound techniques, interviewing, critical thinking, and nonfiction story telling. The sessions took place in person and over zoom during 2022-23.

The Metaverse, A Women's Role and Book Banning, Book Extinction played at the festival. Photo is of Aarhyn and Caroline on stage during the Q&A.

A Women's Role won The Youth Visions Award for film achievement by youth.
